Brick by brick, McCarthy Building Companies is not only building infrastructure, but also creating meaningful change for the communities it serves.

Following the devastating events of Hurricane Helene, Knobelsdorff went the extra mile in its relief efforts, sending 35 employees to communities in North Carolina to aid in disaster recovery.

Neurodiversity Works, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering neurodiverse individuals seeking careers in the drone industry, began as the passion project of a husband-wife duo—but all it took for the organization to take flight was determination and a bit of an altitude adjustment.
